Transfer to the dock and board your vessel, where you will be staying for the next 4 nights as you explore the River Nile. After lunch, start your day by visiting the East Bank of Luxor and explore the Karnak Temple – a sprawling complex of shrines, obelisks, and gateways where Amun and other deities were worshipped. Next, visit the striking Luxor Temple, an ancient structure featuring a colonnade of soaring columns and largerthan-life statues that look particularly beautiful after dark.

Next, continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut, a mortuary temple dedicated to the Sun God and pass by the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Return to the ship and continue cruising towards Edfu via Esna Locks. </div>

Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the unique temple dedicated to two gods – the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. Thereafter, enjoy an epic Nile sunset from the deck of your ship as you continue south towards Aswan.</p></div>

Prepare to be blown away by these majestic temples, which are undisputedly one of the world&#8217;s most breath-taking monuments. Thereafter, make your way to the gorgeous Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Stop for a photo stop at High Dam, an embankment dam built across the Nile in Aswan, before returning to your ship for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your Felucca ride in Aswan and take a relaxing ride on an Egyptian sailboat in Aswan and to enjoy the river breeze, a fantastic sailing experience around Elephantine Island. 
Thereafter, you may wish to take up an optional tour to visit the Nubian on the Nile around Kitchener’s Island. </div>

Disembark from the ship and transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Start your day by visiting the 12th-century Citadel of Saladin, a hilltop fortress  commissioned by Saladin, and venture in the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, a multi-domed sanctuary built in the Ottoman style. Stop by the Papyrus Institute to observe the making of papyrus and visit a perfume factory for local fragrances bottled in unique blown glass perfume bottles. Next, wander through the labyrinthine alleys of Khan elKhalili, an enchanting souk tucked away in the heart of the old city. </div>

Enjoy an extraordinary camel ride experience and take some beautiful photos as keepsake. Explore the legendary Step Pyramids of Saqqara. The Step Pyramids are the first pyramids of Egyptian history, which were built during the first period of the pyramid era. Following that, visit the Open-Air Museum at Memphis to see the majestic limestone statue of Ramses II and an Alabaster Sphinx. 4000 years before Cairo, the ancient Egyptian capital Memphis bustled with palaces, temples, tombs, and embalming houses. </div>

Start by exploring the modern Alexandria library &#8211; the second biggest library in the world; before making a photo-stop at Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mursi Mosque, Alexandria&#8217;s largest mosque that was built in 1775. See the Citadel of Qaitbey &#8211; one of the most important defensive strongholds for Egypt and the Mediterranean Sea Coast which was built on the exact site of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: The Lighthouse of Alexandria. Then, make a stop at Pompey’s Pillar, followed by a stop at the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa &#8211; which comprises 3 levels of tombs and also contains The Triclinium where relatives used to sit on stone benches to feast in memory of the dead, a center with relieves of bearded serpents, as well as statues of Sobec &amp; Anubis that date back to the 2nd-century AD. Drop by the Roman Amphitheater, was built in the 4th Century and was discovered on 1960 by coincidence, it features a symmetrical marble audience section section which can host up to 600 spectators, also you can see ruins of ancient roman villa and roman baths.</p></div>

Make a stop to see the Hanging Church, also known as St Virgin Mary Church. Built in the 7<sup>th</sup> century, this old church takes its name from its location – it sits above a gateway in the old Roman fortress. Admire the courtyard and interior with its screens, marble pulpit and icons, and hear about its long history. Next, visit the Monastery and Church of St George – an early 20th-century church that is the only round church in Egypt, and drop by Abu Serga, a 5thcentury Coptic Church and the oldest in Coptic Cairo. View the 24 interior columns and 12th-century icons on the walls and learn how the church stands where the holy family is thought to have stayed during their flight into Egypt from Israel King Herod. Then, admire the sight of Ben Ezra Synagogue – once a Christian church – before finishing your tour at the Coptic Museum, located in one of Coptic Cairo oldest areas. See some of the 16,000 ancient artifacts on display, including precious icons and books that illustrate the history of Egypt Coptic community. Finally, bid Cairo farewell and head to the airport for your flight back home. </p></div>
